This is the worse dvd player I've ever owned The Price Says it All! I should have known I would have problems when I saw the BIG Troubleshooting sticker attached to the player Slim, compact, easily moveable DVD player The screen went from blue to black and white Rating 1 The manual tells you to go to setup to fix the problem, but some reason I am unable to get the remote to navigate through the menu options 2009-03-28 The remote is horrible You get what you pay for, I am happy with this DVD player What you expect Its a good bedroom dvd player Slim, compact, easily moveable DVD player Rating 4 2009-03-23 First, this DVD player died after only a month Stopped working after 1 month But even when I was using it, I have to say it has the worst remote control ever! You have to get it pointed at exactly the right angle, then push the buttons really hard Slim, compact, easily moveable DVD player There is no button to just fastforward or rewind - the buttons skip by chapter Rating 1 Now, if you hold down the skip chapter buttons, it will turn to ff, but choosing your speed of ff is hit or miss - a nanosecond too long, and you're back to playing 2009-03-21 As for the 90 day warranty, you have to pay shipping to them and back - it would be more expensive than the unit itself cost Follow all the steps the other people said (for both 224 or 224M), not working at all, very disappointed !!!
